MARY C. ROSKILLY, AIA

Principal

Mary joined Tuck-Hinton Architects in 1994. As an Associate Principal, she works closely with clients and the firm’s principals to identify the design direction and goals for each assignment, and she then leads her team of architectural staff and consultants in facilitating these goals. Mary has been involved in the design and management of many prestigious assignments that have impacted the city of Nashville, notably the Country Music Hall of Fame Expansion, new Nashville Convention Center, Frist Center for the Visual Arts, Vanderbilt University’s Black Cultural Center, Tennessee Bicentennial Capitol Mall, and Tennessee World War II Memorial.

Mary received her Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Cincinnati in 1994. As part of Mary’s education, she participated in the university’s noted cooperative education program, receiving professional co-op experience with the renowned New York City firms of Kohn-Pederson-Fox and also Gensler Associates. Mary is a licensed architect in Tennessee and Ohio, and is a LEED Accredited Professional.

Mary is responsible for visual communications and marketing resources for the firm as well as employee recruitment. She is a committed architect and uses her creativity to help shape and improve the environment around her. She participated in design charrettes for the ambitious Plan of Nashville planning endeavor, and she is a member of the Nashville Urban Design Forum and the U.S. Green Building Council. Mary served on the AIA Board with the Middle Tennessee chapter of the American Institute of Architects.
